After all the Feedback I got from fellow artists, I decided to expand the negative space inside the Kid's room to give a character more motion around the room. I also redesigned the elements at the focal point to make it more catchy. As well as the redesigning, I used more little girls room elements to make it more girly and cutie.

Oliver Hardy Study
I believe After Chaplin, Oliver Hardy was the funniest actor I have ever seen. In spite of his look, he could do every thing like Wile E. Coyote in his films. We have to remember that usually doing cartoon gags is much much harder in Live action. I never forget the way he walked, screamed and played with his ties. He is the Character. So I decided for celebrity study, use him as my character for cartoony action.
Kid's Room (First Layouts)
There are only two things you can get from drawing layouts. A) It can be so frustrating. B) It can be so fun that you can't stop working on it. I happened to have the both experiences as a matter of fact. I did two drafts of the kid's room layout. Still gonna need some fixing on the negative spaces and redesigns on some of the objects.
Turn Around Study
Doing turn around of a character is one of the most important process in animation business but it's not as easy as it looks. Every single part of a character - considering the balance and the weight of a body - must be in the right place. And the top of all things I said, the Structure is what you have to be really really careful with or your character is gonna look uninteresting and undefinable. The Structure is everything in character design.
